The Grasshopper 620T has a 20hp Kohler Command engine and matched with a 54" out front mowing deck you'll cut your mowing and trimming time in half with a forward speed of 8.5 mph and reverse speed at 5.5 mph. The ease of mowing under and around trees, bushes and fences, little hand work is left to do.
Direct drive configuration eliminates drive belts and sheaves and creates a cooler operating environment while your seated on a comfortable high back vinyl seat with low center of gravity suspension and cushioned armrests on a roomy iso-mounted footrest so you can mow without fatique.
The View-Eze console groups instruments conveniently on the right-hand fender, including the standard hour meter.
DuraMax decks are formed, not stamped, with robotically welded steel construction including tri-gusset reinforcement, 8-inch Sentry spindle system with 6-bolt pattern and triple-strength upper deck, over 1/2-inch thick in stress zones.
The wide discharge pattern has a flexible spring-loaded side discharge shield for even dispersal of clippings with an optional Down Discharge mulching or PowerVac collection system with the same DuraMax deck.
The FoldUp deck raises vertically for space-saving transport and storage, and provides convenient access to the underside of the deck for blade maintenance. The Electric Height Adjustment raises the deck with the flick of a switch and the optional switch on the armreat allows cutting height adjustment from the seat on the fly.
